Ordering Your Repair,
Repaint or Restoration
Step 1: Call the shop or shoot us a message on our contact page!
In order for us to complete a successful job on your bike, we've got to get to know it first. You can give us this info over the phone or you can shoot us a message on our contact page. Help us get a better idea of what your bike is like and what condition it is in.
Step 2: Hurry up and wait.
If you called the shop then read no further! But if you chose to shoot us a message we will be calling you within 2 business days to confirm the details of your order, give you a price quote, and take a deposit. We will also, of course, address any questions or doubts you may have about your order. You should receive an email back from us first, letting you know we received your message.
Step 3: Send us your bike!
The final step is to ship us your frame or drop it off in person. If the work we are doing does not have to do with your components, please completely disassemble your bike. You can leave the headset cups and bottom bracket in if you don't have the tools to remove them. Make sure your leave a note with your Name, Address, Telephone and Email in the box, and you're set!
When will I get my bike?!?
The lead time on repairs varies greatly from job to job. Some repairs can be done in a couple of hours, and some may take months to turn around. We will provide you with a lead time estimate during our initial conversation.
