Traveling with a bike can be a major hassle. You have to pack it into a big case and deal with the airline surcharge, and then you have to worry about it being dropped or squashed. Tandems create even more problems, including storage when you do arrive. There is always the option of renting bikes as you go, but that can get very expensive and you will miss your familiar ride.

Bilenky Cycle Works has been installing couplers since they were introduced by S&S in 1994. We have retrofitted thousands of bikes: singles, tandems, recumbents and even triples. If you want to get your bike into a flight legal case, we can do it-- matter how strange your bike is. We provide both steel and titanium couplers, using low temperature silver brazing and welding, respectively. We try to match the visual style of the bike, with a lug-like design for steel and a clean welded seam for titanium. This results in a travel frame that is both strong and beautiful.
