Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our Philadelphia shop. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Orders are shipped the day of completion. Shipping fees for custom frames are determined at time of shipment based on rates. Fees for products in our store are listed in checkout. Tracking code is available upon request.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item from our store, contact us via email or phone. Send the item(s) back within 15 days in original packaging for full refund (shipping cost not refunded). Refunds processed with 5 days after receiving your item(s).
